Today I am sharing some of our Christmas inspired deco mesh wreaths with an easy tutorial to follow if it is your first time and you need a little guidance. My Nan really took the initiative on these projects and made some gorgeous deco mesh wreaths. We were mainly fascinated with Christmas wreaths but there really are no limitations on any crafts and projects like this one. Now we have expanded our horizons and experimented with many different seasonal wreaths including these Fall Mesh Wreaths.
Here are the main materials you will need:
- Wire Ring
- Deco Mesh
- Piper Cleaners/Hot Glue
- Ribbon, flowers, picks, burlap etc. (any decor items that catch your eye)

Here’s a quick little tutorial from Craft Outlet called Wreath Three Ways: Basic Deco Mesh Wreath. This is just one of many ways to make a deco mesh wreath. Once the base is made you can attach your ribbon, flowers etc with pipe cleaners or hot glue. We usually like to use pipe cleaners so that we can easily swap things out as the seasons change. I have revamped many of my seasonal wreaths because I see a new fresh idea and change my mind 😉
Depending on the size you want, you can purchase most rings for less than $10 and if you catch the deco mesh while it is on sale you can get a roll for about $8. In total, you can usually make a deco mesh wreath for $25-$35, but it really does depend on the goodies you want to add to it.
