Crochet Beach Bag Pattern

My Nan recently made this crochet beach bag pattern from a Crochet World magazine. She has been crocheting for years and is at the point where she can improvise and use bits of different patterns and put it all together. She found a cute swirl pattern that she liked so she used it for the bottom of this bag then continued on with the rest of this pattern.

I’m still at the beginning stages where I’m just learning to follow a basic pattern, but hopefully someday I’ll be skilled enough to be more innovative with my crochet projects. If you’re at a point where you can improvise and mix and match patterns then you may also want to put your own spin on this pattern, but I personally think it’s adorable just the way it is 🙂

And there you have it folks, I hope this pattern wasn’t too complicated to follow! Remember, if you ever get stuck you can also refer to YouTube tutorials or good ol’ Google to help you out! I still have to look up some of the crochet lingo from time to time, so don’t feel bad if you have to do a little research, too! 🙂
